Shipping & Returns

For the Birds Shipping Policies
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, For the Birds ships all items within three to five days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

For the Birds Returns Policy
If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If you order the wrong item we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Please email sales@identiflyer.com and request a return authorization number for your item that you would like to return.  If you are wanting a different item please include a check for $5.00 and a note explaining what you would like it replaced with.
